摘    要:该文研究74例住院心绞痛患者(其中SAP组26例,UAP组48例)的血浆t-PA活性、PAI活性及D-二聚体含量的变化。结果表明:心绞痛患者组t-PA活性较健康对照组明显降低,PAI活性及D-一聚体含量显著增高;SAP组t—PA活性较健康对照组明显降低,但PAI活性和D-二聚体含量均显著增高;UAP组t—PA活性较健康对照组和SAP组均显著降低且PAI活性及D-二聚体含量均显著增高;揭示SAP患者有纤溶活性降低,但UAP患者纤溶活性降低更显著,并且有冠脉内微血栓形成的指标改变,这对了解UAP的发生及指导抗凝溶栓治疗有一定的临床意义。

Abstract:In order to study the changes of plasma tissue-type plsaminogen activator(t-PA) activity, plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI )activity, and D-dimer content in angina pectoris patients, we studied the plasma of 75 patients with angina pectoris: 26 with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 48 with unstable angina pectoris(UAP). The results Show that t-PA activity was significantly lower in angina pectoris patients than in control subjects(P <0. 01). PAI activity and D-dimer content were significantly higher in angina pectoris patients(p<0. 01). The level of t-PA activity was significantly lower in SAP patients than in the control subjects, but there were no significantdifferences in PAI activity and D-dimer content. In UAP patients, t-PA activity was significantly lower than both that of the control subjects (P < 0. 01) and that of the SAP patients(P <0. 01 ), and PAI activity and D-dimer control were significantly higher than both the control subjects(P <0. 01) and the SAP patients(P < 0. 01 ). The results indicate that the fibrinolytic activity is decreased in SAP patients, and is even more remarkably decreased in UAP patients. In addition, there was the indication of microthrombosis in the coronary artery of UAP patients. Further study of the direction of anti-coagulation and thrombolytic therapy of UAP and the occurrence of UAP may be of clinical importance.
