高血压病胰岛素抵抗与红细胞内钠,钾,镁离子变化的研究

摘    要:测定30例高血压病(EH)患者和16例正常血压(NT)对照组禁食及75g葡萄糖负荷后30,60,120min血浆葡萄糖和胰岛素浓度,红细胞内钠,钾,镁离子浓度。结果表明EH患者禁食30,60min血浆葡萄糖和禁食30,60,120min血浆胰岛素浓度和Na^+显著高于NT对照组,而K^+,Mg^2+显著低于NT对照组。简单相关,分析显示EH组空腹血浆胰岛素与体重,体重指数,臀围显著正相关,胰岛素曲

Abstract:Plasma glucose,insulin, erythrocyte sodium,potassium and magnesium(Na ,K ,Mg 2 ) levels were determined in 30 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 16 normotensive (NT) controls of matched gende age. The results demonstrate the both fasting followed by 30 and 60 minutes of plasma glucose and fasting followed by 30, 60 and 120 minutes of plasma insulin responded to a 75g oral glucose loaded,and Na levels were significantly higher in patients with EH than in NT controls. The K and Mg 2 levels were significantly lower in patients with EH than in NT controls. The fasting insulin (FINS) significantly positively correlated with weight, body mass index (BMI) and hip. The area under the insulin curve (AIC) significantly positively correlated with age and BMI in patients with EH. The present study suggests that IR exists in patients with EH,and it may contribute to hypertension by influencing intracellular cation generation.
