HBV前C区1896位点变异与HBV感染者肝功能损害程度的关系

了解ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区１８９６位点变异与乙型肝炎病毒感染者肝功能损害程度的关系。方法：用ＰＣＲ技术，通过改变引物３’端的方法，检测ＨＢＶ感染者的前Ｃ区第１８９６位点变异株。结果：１０５例ＨＥＶ感染者中的ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区１８９６位点变异株总检出率为５６．２％；男性与女性患者的检出率分别为５７．０％与５００％；≤３０岁组，３１－５９岁组，≥６０岁年龄组的检率分别为６０．０％，５６．６％，２８．６％；无黄疸组，轻～中度黄疸组，重度黄疸组的检出率分别为５３．２％，６５．１％，４０．０％；在ＨＢＶ携带者、慢性肝炎（包括轻、中、重庆），重症肝炎及肝硬化患者中的检出率分别为６０．０％，５７．４％，３３．３％，７０．０％。结论：ＨＢＶ前Ｃ区１８９６位点突变株广泛存在于ＨＢＶ感染者中，而且其检出率与患者性别、年龄、ＨＢＶ感染时间长短及肝功能损害程度并无明显联系。

STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HBV PRECORE (NT1896) MUTANT AND LIVER FUNETION

In order to study the relationship between the HBV precore(nt1896) mutant and liver function,the precore HBV(nt1896)mutant was detected in 105 cases of hepatitis B using PCR. The total positive rate precore HBV (nt 1896) mutant was 56.2%(59/105) in pa- tients with Hepatitis B. HBV precore (nt 1896) mutant was detected in 53 of 93 male patients (57.0% ) , and in 6 of 12 female patients (50.O%). There were no significant differences in the positive rates among the different age groups. The patients with ages less than 31 years had a 60.6% positive rate ,31 to 59 years had a 56.6% positive rate, and those 60 years or older had a 28.6% positive rate for the HBV precore (nt 1896) mutant. The positive rate for patients with no jaundice, mild jaundice, and grave jaundice were 53 . 2% , 65 . 1% and 40.O%, respectively . The HBV precore (nt 1896) mutant was also detected in patients with HBV carrier (60.O%;3/5), chronic hepatitis (57.4% ;39/68), severe hepatitis (33.3% ;3/9) and cirrhosis (70.O% ;14/20). The HBV precore (nt 1896) mutant was de- tected in major patients with hepatitis B, and had no relationship to the patients'sex, age, duration of the disease, or the severity of under- lying liver diseases.
