粘连性肠梗阻手术时机的选择

目的分析了解粘连性肠梗阻病程发展，正确掌握肠梗阻的手术时机。方法对1990年-2006年9月我科手术治疗的312剜粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结、分析。结果急诊手术探查218例，中转手术94例，术后出现并发症23例，其中15例为肠绞窄患者。死亡9倒，均为出现肠坏死患者，治愈298例（95.5％），好转5例。结论非手术治疗无效者应及时手术治疗，最好在发病后24h内手术，以减少术后并发症及病死率，改善绞窄性肠梗阻预后，提高治愈率，

Choice of proper operation time for abhesive Intestinal obstruction.

Objective To investigate the deveping of abhesive ileus disease and have a good command of the correct operation time of the ileus disease. Methods Review ,sumarize and analyse the oepration clinical materials of 312 abhesive ileus patients in our surgery department from 1990 to september,2006. Results 218 patients were emergency exploring operation. 94 patients were oeprated in the middle term of the ileus disease. 23 patients had complications after operaton, among them , 15 patients were intestine strangulation. 9 patients died, all of them were intestine nerosis patients. 298 patients were cured （9.5 percent） . 5 patients were treated. Conclusion It is not curative effect for a non-operation patien ,it must be operation in time to reduce complications and death rate, the best time is in 24 hours. It is better for strangulated ileus＇progrosis and it can increase cure rate.
