手术室医疗废物的管理

目的加强手术室医疗废物的管理，预防和控制手术室的医院感染，提高护士对身边职业危害的认知程度，防止疾病的传播和污染，保护环境，保障人体的健康。方法严格以国务院《医疗废物管理条例》为准则，对手术室医用废弃物进行科学分类，专人管理。制定手术室医用废弃物的分类、回收、管理制度并完善措施，规范护理行为等一系列管理措施。结果提高了手术室医疗废物管理质量及各级人员环保意识，规范了手术室废物管理工作，有效地预防和控制了手术室医源性感染。结论手术室医疗废物管理是控制医源性感染、防止感染扩散、保护医务人员自身健康的关键措施。

Management of Medical Waste in Operating Theater

Objective To strengthen the management of medical waste in operating room, prevent and control the hospital infection in operating theater, raise the cognition of the occupational hazard, prohibit the transmission and contamination of the disease, and protect the environment and human health. Methods According to principle of Medical Waste Mangement Regulations by state council, the medical waste of the operating room was classified scientifically and managed by specified person. Classfication, recycle and mangement systems were established for medical waste in operating room and the corresponding measures were perfected. Standardized nursing behaviors were achieved. Results Medical waste management quality of the operating room and environmental awareness of all-level staff were enhanced, mangement works of waste in operating theater were regulated, and nosocomial infection was prevented and controlled effectively. Conclusion Appropriate management of medical waste in operating room is the key measure to controlling nosocomial infection, preventing infection from transmitting and protecting the self-health of the medical staff.
