浅析蒙医赫依与抑郁症的关系

基于蒙医三根之赫依理论，探讨抑郁症病因病机及临床症状与赫依间的相关性。从饮食条件、生活起居、气候条件及突发因素4个诱发赫依病变条件与抑郁症病因病机之间，从司命赫依、上行赫依、普行赫依、调火赫依、下清赫依之病变特征与抑郁症临床症状之间进行不同层次、不同角度的对比，认为赫依的发病原因、病变特征与抑郁症的病因病机和临床症状具有较多相似之处。赫依为抑郁症之诱发病因，亦为其发展、转归的原因，抑郁症的临床治疗应当以镇赫依为治疗大法，并注重三根调节，促进白脉传导，在辨病、辨证的基础上，合理应用带有蒙医药特色的饮食、起居、药物、灸疗等治疗手段，进而充分发挥蒙医药在治疗抑郁症方面的优势。

Brief discussion on relationship between Mongolian medicine Heyi and depression

Based on Heyi theory of three roots in Mongolian medicine, the correlation between the pathogenesis and clinical symptom of depression and Heyi is explored. Between four inducing factors of Heyi （ diet condition, life environment, climate and unexpected factors） and pathogenesis of depression, between characteristics of pathological changes （ Siming Heyi, Shangxing Heyi, Puxing Heyi, Xiaqing Heyi） and clinical symptoms of depression, a multi-level and multi-dimension comparison is performed. It is believed that the cause and pathological characteristic of Heyi is similar to pathogenesis and clinical symptom of depression. Heyi is considered as an inducing factor of depression, but also as a reason of development and outcome of the disease. The clinical treatment of depression should focus on tranquilizing Heyi and regulating three roots, improving transportation of white pulse. Based on syndrome and symptom differentiation, the treatment characterized with Mongolian medicine should be rationally applied to make full use of Mongolian medicine in treatment of depression.
