加味止哮汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

目的]探讨采用中药加味止哮汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法]对40例咳嗽变异性哮喘采用口服中药加味止哮汤治疗并与博利康尼加酮替芬作对照,观察近期疗效、复发率、副作用。结果]经统计学处理治疗组、对照组近期疗效无差异,治疗组复发率2.5%;对照组复发率37.5%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。治疗组无副作用,对照组有8例出现夜不入寐,3例出现小便频数。结论]采用口服中药加味止哮汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果良好。

No side - effects in the treatment group ,the control group of 8 patients had nothing night sleep soundly ,3 patients had urine frequency. Conclusion ] The use of oral medicine Jiawei Zhixiao Soup whooping cough variant asthma treatment to be effective.
