| 摘 要： | （１）目的 探讨恶性肿瘤病人血清肿瘤特异性生长因子（ＴＳＧＦ）的水平及临床意义。（２）方法 应用ＴＳＧＦ快速检测试剂盒检测恶性肿瘤病人血清样本中的ＴＳＧＦ含量。（３）结果 恶性肿瘤病人血清中ＴＳＧＦ含量明高于健康人和良性肿瘤病人（ｔ＝３１，７１，２１，１９，Ｐ〈０．０１），其检测灵敏度为８３．２％，特异度为９２．０％，恶性肿瘤病人放、化疗有效者，ＴＳＧＦ含量较治疗前明显下降（ｔ＝９．３１，Ｐ〈０．

| Abstract: | Objective To study the level of serum TSGF and its clinical significance in malignant tumor patients. Methods The serum TSGF level of malignant tumor patients was tested with a fast TSGF diagnostic kit. Results The level of serum TSGF in malignant tumor patients was significantly higher than that in normal persons and benign tumor patients ( t= 31.71 , 21.19 , P < 0.01 ). Its sensitivity and specificity were respectively 83.2% and 92.0%. In patients received chemotherapy or radiotherapy, TSGF in responsed patients was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy and radiotherapy ( t=9.31, P < 0.01 ), whereas TSGF level in deteriorated patients after chemo and radiotherapy was obviously higher than before( t=6.43, P <0.01). Conclusion The assay of serum TSGF is of high sensitivity and specificity. It is of great value in diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor patients.[ |
