| 摘 要： | 目的 研究艾滋病经夫妻子女间的传播情况、原因,为制定夫妻之间预防艾滋病的方法与措施提供依据.方法 对艾滋病/HIV确认阳性一方的配偶及子女采用行为学和HIV血清流行病学方法,计算夫妻子女问HIV的感染情况,行为学与HIV感染的关系.结果 对117对一方艾滋病/HIV阳性的夫妻进行血清流行病学调查,发现夫妻之间在无防护条件下,HIV自然感染率为60.68%(71/117);其中双方同一时间检出HIV阳性55对,占77.46%(55/71);HIV流行率22.54%(16/71);母婴HIV传播率14.08%(10/71);家庭密切接触未发现HIV感染者.结论 玉林市夫妻间艾滋病感染率高,艾滋病的流行首先危及的是夫妻及其子女,是构成艾滋病流行的重要部分,母婴传播的增加,殃及下一代,造成对社会的负担和不稳定,阻断艾滋病夫妻子女间传播是当前预防艾滋病的一项重要工作,不能忽视.
