摘    要:目的:对菟丝子及其伪品芥菜种子进行理化鉴别.方法:化学反应和薄层层析.结果:菟丝子的不同提取液对盐酸-镁粉、三氯化铁试液均呈正反应,对生物碱沉淀试剂呈负反应;薄层色谱中检出槲皮素和黄酮苷成分,未检出生物碱.芥菜种子的上述实验结果则相反.二者的氨基酸和挥发油类成分薄层色谱比较结果也有所不同.结论:实验为二者提供了专属性较强的理化鉴别依据.

Abstract:Objective: To make a physical and chemical differentiation of Cuscuta Chinensis and its fake-Brassicca Juncca seeds.Methods: Chemical reaction and thin-layer chromatography were used.Results: The different extract of Cuscuta Chinensis presented a positive reaction on the test solutions of magnesium powder hydrochloride and iron dioxide and presented a negative reaction on the reagent of alkaloid sediment.Quercetin and flavonoid chycosides were found out by thin-layer chromatography,but alkaloid was not found out.The test results of the seeds of Brassicca Juncca showed opposite to the results above.The comparative results of amino acid and distilled oil in the two materials through the thin-layer chromatography were also different.Conclusion: The experiment has provided a strong excursive basis of the physical and chemical differentiation for the two materials
