| 摘 要： | 慢性重型肝炎是临床疑难病症之一。于培龙主任医师认为,本病具有并发症多、证情兼夹多变、病情变化迅速等特点,以湿热蕴阳、气血瘀滞为主要病机,故治疗大法为清热祛湿,解毒活血,基本方以《伤寒论》茵陈蒿汤加味.且在临证时,注重祛湿化瘀这一关键环节,并处处顾护脾胃盛衰为先,取得了显著的疗效. |

| Abstract: | The chronic and heavy type hepatitis is one of the clinical difficulty diseases.Think in YU Pei-long director's doctor,this disease has complications much,certificate feeling and clip to change much,the condition change a quick etc.Characteristics.Its main disease machine is a hot and damp separation and the spirit blood stagnation.So the main method is to dispel for the pure heat wet,counteract poison and live blood.The basic square with Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease is the Adding Artemisiae Scopariae Decoction.And pay attention to dispel while facing certificate wet turn stagnation and protect appetite rise.The curative effect is obvious. |
