前臂桡,尺侧皮瓣和掌侧正中皮瓣的临床应用比较

目的 探讨前臂区供瓣部位的临床应用选择。方法 对现行前臂游离皮瓣的设计略加改进，设计掌侧正中皮瓣。由此将４３块前臂皮瓣分为三种类型，在临床方面进行比较评价。结果此三种类型皮瓣其应用范围无甚差别。操作方面而选用掌侧正中皮瓣时也可改用头静脉作皮瓣回流吻合静脉以提高成功率。结论 以前臂掌侧正中皮瓣作为修复口腔颌面部组织员是更理想的供瓣区。

Comparisons and Appraisal of the Clinical Application of Forearm Radial,Ulnar Flap or Volnar Median Flap

Objective\ To decide the selection of the donor area of the forearm free flap in clinical application.\ Methods\ The present design for forearm free flap to produce a new operation design for median flap was modified 43 pieces of the forearm flaps were devided into three types and clinical comparisons and appraisals were carried on among them.\ Results\ There was no differences among the three types of flaps in the clinical application.\ During operation,vena cephalica could be used as the refluxing veins for the palmaris median flap to raise the rate of success.\ Because palmaris median flap situatcd at relatively concealed place,its application will be relatively easily.\ Conclusion\ The palmaris median flap is a more ideal donor area for the repair of oral maxillofacial defect.
