碱蓬多糖SPA的分离纯化和抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的:从碱蓬中提取出水溶性粗多糖SP,经分离纯化得到SPA,研究SPA的纯度,性质和体外抗氧化能力。方法:粗多糖经Sevage法脱蛋白,DEAE Sepharose CL-6B柱层析分离纯化得到SPA,经HPLC和醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳法检验纯度,超氧阴离子清除实验和羟自由基清除实验鉴定其抗氧化能力。结果:SPA是均一组分多糖。结论:SPA有高于维生素C的羟自由基清除作用和相当于维生素C的超氧阴离子清除作用。

Abstract:A water-soluble crude polysaccharide SP was obtained from Suaeda spp.After crude polysaccharide was fractionated and purified by Sevage method and DEAE Sepharose CL-6B column chromatography,SPA was obtained.The homogeneity was proved by HPLC method and cellulose acetate pellicle electrophoresis.SPA was homogeneous.On the basis of antioxidant activities assay,SPA has stronger inhibitory activities for superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical than Vc.
