广州人体肺部螨感染的调查研究

摘    要:首次在广州粮食、药材、针织和棉纺行业进行人体肺部螨感染的调查,检查痰液337人,痰螨阳性率21.4%,感染率以药材和粮食行业人员为高,分别为35.5%与24.8%。感染率高低与性别无关,而与年龄有关,以青中年多见,尤以46—55岁年龄组为最高。临床症状以咳嗽、咳痰为多,无特殊既往病史。胸透拍片30例和血液检查65例痰螨阳性者,有8例显示X线征,10例嗜酸性粒细胞直接计效增高。已鉴定痰内螨类9种。调查痰螨阳性者工作场所地尘和空间飘尘,均查到螨类。已鉴定地尘、飘尘和降尘中螨类12种,其中4种与痰内查到的螨种相同。

Abstract:An initial investigation of epidemiology on human pulmonary mite infection was carried out in Guangzhou of Guangdong Province. 337 persons, whose professions were related to grain, crude drugs (Chinese medicinal materials), knit goods and cotton textiles, were given an examination of sputum mites respectively. The total infection rate turned out to be 21.4%. The majority of them were workers professing crude drugs and workers professing grain. The former accounted for 35.5% and the latter 24.8%.By comparing the positive infection rate with some factors of the carriers, we found that the infection rate had no correlation with sex, but was related to the age, especially related to the young and middle-aged subjects. The main symptoms of the eases were cough, expectoration, etc. Of 30 eases with positive sputum mites, given an examination of the x-ray chest film, 8 cases showed various abnormal changes in the film, while of 65 cases given blood examination, 10 cases each had a marked eosinophilia. 9 species of mites were found in the sputum of carriers, and 12 species of mites were found in the floor dust, suspending particulates and sediment dust of working environment; 4 species of them were the same species as those found in the human sputum.
