非小细胞肺癌中乙酰肝素酶蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的研究非小细胞肺癌中乙酰肝素酶（HPSE）蛋白的表达状况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC三步法检测HPSE蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中和正常肺组织中的表达,结合非小细胞肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果 HPSE蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织的表达高于对照组（正常肺组织）,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,有淋巴结转移的癌组织HPSE高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0.01）,TNM分期Ⅲ～IV的癌组织表达高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ组（P〈0.01）,均有高度统计学意义。结论 HPSE的高表达可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,HPSE可作判断非小细胞肺癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。

Expression and significance of heparanase in non-small-cell lung cancer

Aim To explore the expression of heparanase(HPSE)protein in non-small-cell lung cancer and its clinical pathological features.Methods Expression of HPSE protein in non-small-cell lung cancer,benign lung tumor and normal lung epithelial tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry SABC technique.Then the relationship of the expression of HPSE protein with clinical pathological features of non-small-cell lung cancer was explored.Results The rate of expression of HPSE protein in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in benign tumors and tissues(P<0.05).The expression of HPSE protein was higher in carcinomatous tissues with lymphaticmetastasis than that without lymphaticmetastasis(P<0.01).The positive rate of HPSE protein in stageⅢ-Ⅳ is higher than that of patients in stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.01).Conclusion The overexpression of HPSE may play an important role in the development and pendent of lung tumors.The expressions of HPSE are used as an useful marker of the biological behavior of lung cancer and as an independent prognosis factor for the patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.
