人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折100例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的疗效。方法选择在2010年1月至2012年7月收治的200例老年股骨粗隆骨折患者,分别采用人工髋关节置换术(观察组)和动力髋螺钉(对照组)各100例治疗,然后观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院时间、负重时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症和疗效都显著地优于对照组。结论人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有疗效确切、安全可靠、并发症少等优点,可以作为治疗股骨粗隆骨折的首选方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of artificial hip replacement for the treatment of elderly femoral trochanteric fracture. Methods We observed the curative effect of the artificial hip replacement (observation group, n=100) or dynamic hip screw (control group, n=100) for treatment of 200 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2012. Results The operation time, amount of bleeding, hospital stay, load time, complication rate, and curative effect in the observation group were significant better than those in the control group. Conclusions Artificial hip replacement for thetreatment of elderly femoral trochanteric fracture has a lot of advantages, including effective, safety and less complication. It can he the first choice as a method to treat femoral trochanteric fracture.
