化疗联合深部热疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨化疗联合深部热疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法收集我院近期收治住院的恶性胸腔积液患者86例,遵照知情同意原则分为两组,对照组40例行胸腔内灌注顺铂(DDP)化疗,实验组46例联合深部热疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率为97.8%,高于对照组的85.0%(P〈0.05),且实验组患者的胸液消失时间、胸膜增厚度、包裹性脓胸、胸膜反应均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论运用化疗联合深部热疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液,可使患者的临床疗效得到显著提高,减少术后并发症的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia treatment in malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer. Methods 86 cases of malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer were collected recently in our hospital, and divided into two groups in accordance with principle of in-formed consent. Control group (40 cases) was given intrathoracic perfusion chemotherapy of cisplatin (DDP), experimental group (46 cases) combined with hyperthermia. Compared clinical efficacy and complications of two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was 97.8%, higher than 85.0% of control group (P 〈 0.05), and pleural effusion, pleural thickening disappearing time, encapsulated empyema and pleural reaction in experimental group were better than those in control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia treatment in malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer, can significantly improve the clinical outcomes of patients and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
