联合应用二维并三维经阴道超声检查对官腔粘连的诊断价值

目的评估经阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声检查在官腔粘连诊断当中的价值。方法对42例患者采用经阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声进行检查，67例患者只进行经阴道二维超声方式进行检查。通过与宫腔镜及病理结果对照，并对比经阴道二维超声检查的效果，评估经阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声检查对于官腔粘连诊断的价值。结果经阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声检查的与官腔镜检查及病理结果符合率为97．6％，而单纯经阴道二维超声检查与宫腔镜检查及病理结果符合率仅为77．6％，两种方法检查结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论经阴道二维超声联合经阴道三维超声检查对于官腔粘连有很高的诊断价值，在临床实践当中有指导性意义。

Diagnositic value of transvaginal two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions

Objective To evaluate the effects of combined diagnosis of transvaginal three- dimensional （3D） ultrasonography and transvaginal two-dimensional （2D） uhrasonography in intrauterine adhesions. Methods 42 patients suspected to be affected by intrauterine adhesions were examined by combined uhrasonography diagnosis, while 67 were examined by transvaginal 2D ultrasonography only. Comparing with the results suggested by hysteroscope and pathology, together with the results of 2D uhrasonography, we were able to evaluate the effect of this combined diagnostic method. Results The accuracy of combined ultrasonography method in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions reached 97.6%, but 2D ultrasonography showed a mere 77.6% accuracy, there were significant differences between these tow methods （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined diagnosis of transvaginal 3D ultrasonography and transvaginal 2Duhrasonography is of high value in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions, which has guidance meaning in clinical practice.
