| 摘 要： | 采用ＤＴＮＢ直接法检测２８例急性白血病患者白细胞内还原型谷此甘肽（ＧＳＨ）含量。结果表明：化疗前组白细胞内ＧＳＨ含量高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），化疗后组白细胞内ＧＳＨ含量较化疗前组进一步增高Ｐ＜０．０５）。６例Ｐ－６糖蛋白阴性者５例疗效差，而其ＧＳＨ含量均高于对照组。结果表明临床耐药除与Ｐ－糖蛋白相关外，ＧＳＨ含量增高可能是白血病多药材药形成的另一个重要原因。

| Abstract: | The intracellular content of reduced glutathion(GSH)in 28 patients with acute leukemia(AL)was determined by the direct wav of DTNB.The results showed that the intracellular con-tent of GSH in prechemotherapy patients was higher than that in nomal control(P<0.01).In-traceilular content of GSH in postchemotherapy patients was much higher than that inprechemotherapy patients(P<0.05) MDR p-glycoprotein in 12 patients was positive. Eight ofthem got poor efficacy. These findings indicate that P-glycoprotein plays an imprtant role in themuItidrug resistance in AL. In addition,the increase of GSH might be another important factor. |
