摘    要:目的 评估用a-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(NBCA)胶栓塞脑动静脉畸形的安全有效性。 方法 回顾性分析NBCA胶栓塞的脑动静脉畸形55例,70次栓塞101根供应动脉。 结果 55例脑动静脉畸形栓塞后,畸形血管团完全消失或栓塞大于90%为16例(29.1%),栓塞70%~90%为23例(41.8%),栓塞50%~69%为9例(16.4%),栓塞<50%为7例(12.7%)。无死亡病例,4例术后出现轻度或严重的神经功能缺损。 结论 NBCA胶栓塞脑动静脉畸形较为安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the results of embolization of brain arteriovenuous malformations with NBCA. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 55 brain AVMs treated with NB CA in recent years with a total of 70 separate procedures and embolization of 101 feeder vessels of AVMs. Results Sixteen patients (29. 1% ) were cured with embolization alone. In 23 patients(41. 8% ) ,70% to 90% obliteration of the AVM nidus was achieved by embolization. In 9 patients (16.4% ) , 50% to 69% obliteration of the AVM nidus was obtained, and in another 7 patients (12. 7% ) , embolization occluded less than 50% of the AVM nidus. No death occurred except 4 minor or severe permanent neurological deficits. At the latest clinical follow -up, no patient experienced rehemorrhage. Conclusion The favorable outcome and low morbidity in this group indicate that embolization with NBCA is a safe and effective method for endovascular treatment of patients with brain AVMs.
