| 摘 要： | 目的：分析珠光香青挥发油的化学成分。方法：采用ＧＣ－ＭＳ联用法对珠光香青挥发油的化学成分进行分离和鉴别。结果：挥发油含量为０．４％，１４种成分全部被鉴定。主要民舂为石竹烯１９．５％。结论：８７．９％为倍半萜，其分子较大，香气保留时间较长。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Anaphalis Margaritacea.Methods: The separation and identification of volatile oil of Anaphalis Margartacea were carried out by GC MS method.Results: The content of volatile oil was 0.4%. 14 compounds were separated and identified. Main compounds was 19.5% caryophyllene. Conclusions: 87.9% of compounds is sesquiterpenes. Its molecule is larger and aroma is durable. |
