| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市城区成年人代谢综合征（MS）的流行状况及分布特征。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,在广州市10个城区中分别抽取20岁以上成年1959人作为调查对象,进行横断面调查。结果广州城区成年人MS患病率为19.60%,男女性MS患病率差异有统计学意义;不同年龄组男性MS患病率有差异,女性差异无统计学意义;MS各诊断组分的患病率较高,中心性肥胖、高血压、低HDL-C血症、高三酰甘油血症及高空腹血糖血症患病率分别为26.19%,24.04%,43.59%,24.29%和9.85%。结论广州城区成年人MS及相关代谢紊乱性疾病的患病率均较高,需进一步积极开展肥胖、血脂异常、血糖升高及高血压等危险因素的早期干预,预防MS的发生。
