| 摘 要： | 目的：观察心脉通胶囊对垂体后叶素引起大鼠心肌缺血的作用、结扎冠状动脉引起急性心肌梗塞的作用以及对血瘀证模型大鼠的作用.方法：采用垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血法、冠状动脉结扎法及血瘀证大鼠模型法观察心脉通抗心肌缺血的作用.结果：心脉通胶囊能明显减轻垂体后叶素诱发的大鼠心肌缺血、缩小结扎大鼠冠状动脉引起的急性心肌梗塞范围、减轻血瘀证模型大鼠的血液粘度.结论：心脉通胶囊具有对抗垂体后叶素诱发的大鼠心肌缺血的作用、对结扎大鼠冠状动脉引起的急性心肌梗塞有一定的保护作用、对血瘀证大鼠有一定的活血作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: TO observe the action of Xinmaitong Capsules on wistar rats' myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin, acute myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery ligature and blood stasis. Methods: To observe the actions of resisting myocardial ischemia on rats of acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin, coronary artery ligature and blood stasis with Xinmaitong Capsules. Results: This capsule can relieve rats' myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin, reduce the range of myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery ligature and relieve blood viscosity. Conclusion: This capsule has the effects of resisting myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and acute myocardial infarction induced by coronary artery ligature, and has the effect of promoting blood circulation |
