| 摘 要： | 目的优化南山楂总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以南山楂总黄酮的含量为评价指标,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优化南山楂总黄酮的提取工艺。结果优化的提取工艺为60%乙醇、料液比1∶12、每次2 h、提取2次。结论优化的提取工艺简便、合理,可为南山楂总黄酮工业化提取提供重要的参考。
