五水头孢唑林钠对开放性骨折患者炎性因子水平的影响

目的探讨五水头孢唑林钠在开放性骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2011年3月至2012年8月医院诊治的开放性骨折患者80例,随机均分为对照组(头孢唑林钠4.0 g)和观察组(五水头孢唑林钠4.0 g),均静脉滴注,每日2次,治疗5 d后评价临床疗效,检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组有效率有所升高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后CRP,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论对于开放性骨折患者,五水头孢唑林钠能有效预防术后感染,值得临床推广。

Influence of Cefazolin Sodium Pentahydrate on inflammatory Factors in Open Fracture

Objective To study the application effect of antibiotics in the treatment of open fracture.Methods 80 patients with open fracture in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected and randomized into the control group（40 cases） treated by intravenous drip of cefazolin sodium 4.0 g and the observation group（40 cases） treated by intravenous drip of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate,twice daily.After 5 d treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.The levels of C-reaction protein（CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,interleukin-8（IL-8） and tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α） were detected and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate in the observation group was increased to some extent without statistical difference（P 〉0.05）,while the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αafter treatment were significantly decreased with statistical difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion For the patients with open fracture,cefazolin sodium pentahydrate can effectively prevent the postoperative infections and is worthy of clinical promotion.
