急性上消化道出血规范化治疗与经验性治疗的对比分析

目的比较急性上消化道出血规范化治疗与经验性治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月至2011年12月间收治的40例急性上消化道出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各20例。观察组给予规范化治疗,对照组给予经验性治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组在止血时间、住院时间、输血量、总有效率方面明显优于对照组。两组比较,P<0.05,具有显著性差异,有统计学意义。结论急性上消化道出血规范化治疗的疗效显著,值得推广。

Comparative Analysis of Standardized Treatment and Empirical Treatment of Acute Hemorrhage of Upper Digestive Tract

Objective To study the effect of standardized treatment and empirical treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 40 patients with acute upper digestive tract in our hospital from 2011 January to 2011 year in December were bleeding, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The observation group was given standard treatment, control group received empirical treatment, and the efficacy was compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, hemostasis time, hospitalization time, blood transfusion, total efficiency was significantly better than the control group. Comparing the two groups, P〈0.05, with a significant difference, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The curative effect of standardized treatment of acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage significantly, worthy of promotion.
