固尔苏联合气道正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征21例

目的观察肺表面活性物质(固尔苏)联合鼻塞式气道正压通气(NCPAP)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法将42例患儿随机分为观察组21例和对照组21例。对照组单纯使用NCPAP,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加固尔苏联合治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、血气分析结果及呼吸机参数。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿使用固尔苏治疗后,血气pH得以纠正,PaO2显著提高,而PaCO2降低,NCPAP的参数明显下调,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固尔苏联合NCPAP治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征效果显著,值得临床推广。

Pulmonary Surfactant Combined NCPAP for Treating Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome in 21 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of pulmonary curfactant（Curosurf） combined with the nasal continuous positive airway pressure（NCPAP） for treating neonatal respiratory distress syndrome（RDS）.Methods 42 cases of neonatal RDS were equally divided into the observation group（21 cases） and the control group（21 cases）.The control group was given only NCPAP,while the observation group was added with Curosurf on the basis of the control group treatment.Then the clinical effects,Results of blood gas analysis and ventilator parameters were compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.After using Curosurf in the observation group,blood gas pH was corrected,PaO2 was obviously improved,PaCO2 was decreased and the NCPAP parameters were significantly down-regulated,the differences bettween the two groups had statistical significance（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Curosurf combined NCPAP for treating neonatal RDS has better effects and is worth clinical application.
