探讨分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的综合应用效果

目的探讨分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的综合应用效果。方法选取我院60名的护理人员作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,其中观察组和对照组分别30名。对照组采取常规的管理模式开展临床护理管理,而观察组采取分层次的管理法进行临床护理管理,然后统计比较两组护理人员实施管理前后工作积极性的自评和他评的结果,医师和患者的满意程度,理论知识评分、操作评分和自身成就感。结果实施分层次的临床护理管理之后,观察组的工作积极性的自评和他评的结果,医师和患者的满意程度,理论知识评分、操作能力评分和自身成就感均明显高于对照组,其差异性具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理的管理工作中实施分层次管理,能够有效地提高护理人员的工作积极性、医师和患者的满意程度以及自身的综合水平,建立良好的护理关系,大大改善护理的质量,推动我院工作的顺利进行,具有很好的临床推广意义。

Hierarchical Management in Clinical Care Management Application Effect

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods In our hospital 60 nursing staff as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group were 30. The control group adopted conventional management model in clinical nursing management, and the observation group adopt the management method of clinical nursing management, and then statistically compared tw0 groups of nursing staff in the implementation of self-evaluation and the evaluation results before and after management work enthusiasm, satisfaction degree of doctors and patients, theoretical knowledge score, score and its operation the sense of achievement. Result After the results of the implementation of clinical nursing management level, to observe the results of self-evaluation and the evaluation work group, satisfaction of doctors and patients, operation ability knowledge score, score and its theoretical achievement was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical nursing management in the implementation of the hierarchical management, can effectively improve the nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm, satisfaction of doctors and patients as well as their comprehensive level, the establishment of nursing good relationship, improve nursing quality, promote our work smoothly, has the significance very good oromotion.
