| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Th17细胞调控哮喘患者体内炎性反应的机制。方法以10例哮喘患者和10例健康志愿者为研究对象,分别留取外周血标本。利用流式细胞仪检测外周血中Th17细胞的比例,ELISA法检测血浆中IL-17的水平。结果 Th17细胞在哮喘组的比例(28.53±7.20)%高于对照组(14.72±2.33)%,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。IL-17在哮喘组的浓度(102.31±11.45)pg/mL明显高于对照组(59.68±8.85)pg/mL,P<0.01。结论 Th17细胞与哮喘具有相关性,可能通过分泌以IL-17为主的细胞因子来上调炎性反应,加重哮喘病情。

| Abstract: | Objeetive To investigate the mechanism of inflammatory reaction regulated by Thl7 cells in asthmatic subjects. Methods Peripheral blood was abtained from 10 subjects with asthma and 10 control subjects. Percentage of Thl 7 cell was detected by FCM, IL-17 in plasma was examined by ELISA. Rosults Proportion of Thl7 cell of asthma group （28.53±7.20） % is significantly higher than that of control group （ 14.72±2.33 ） %, P〈0.01, to compared with IL-17 level of control group （59.68±8.85） pg/mL, there was significant increase in asthma group （102.31±11.45） pg/mL, P〈0.01. Conclusions The results demonstrated that Thl 7 cell is associated with asthma, and probably promotes the disturbance of inflammatory reaction by secreting IL- 17. |
