高效液相色谱法测定马鞭草中熊果酸含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定马鞭草中熊果酸含量,并进行方法学和不同采收季节马鞭草药材中熊果酸含量考察。方法色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为40℃,流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐溶液(75∶25),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm。结果熊果酸进样量在0.624～3.120μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.10%,RSD为0.87%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,对马鞭草药材质量控制和最佳采收时间提供了参考依据。

Determination of Ursolic Acid Content in Verbena Officinalis L.by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for determining the theursolic acid content in Verbena officinalis L.by HPLC and to investigate the methodology and the ursolic acid content from Verbena officinalis L.harvested in different seasons.Methods The Agilent C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted at the column temperature of 40 ℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphate solution（75 ∶25）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.Results The urolic acid during the range of 0.624-3.120 μg had a good linearity relationship with the peak area.The average recovery rate were 98.10%,RSD 0.87%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is accurate,highly sensitive and better reproducibe and provides reference basis for the quality control and the optimal harvest time of Verbena officinalis L.
