还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参注射液对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将64例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组38例,对照组26例,分别用还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参注射液及单用丹参注射液治疗,疗程均为4周。结果显效率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组乏力、纳差、腹胀的有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TB)、白球比(A/G)、γ-球蛋白的复常率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合丹参注射液对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效较好,优于单用丹参注射液。

Efficacy of Chronic Hepatitis B by Combination Treatment of Prototyped Glutathione and Danshen Injection

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chronic hepatitis B by combination treatment of prototyped Glutathione and Danshen injection. Methods 64 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided in treatment group （38 cases） and control group （26 cases）, which were treated with prototyped Glutathione combined Danshen injection and only Danshen injection respectively. The course of treatment for both groups is 4 weeks. Results The treatment group has better efficacy than the control group （P〈0.05） . There were statistically significant difference in the effective rate of Fatigue, Anorexia and abdominal distensionbetween the two groups （P〈0.05）. The ALT, SB, A/G, and recovery rate of the y-globulin of treatment group patients are significantly higher than those of the control group patients （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The efficacy of chronic hepatitis B by combination treatment of prototyped Glutathione and Danshen injection is good and superior to employment of Danshen injection only.
