探讨治疗椎动脉型颈椎病针刺推拿综合方案的临床价值

目的对针刺推拿综合方案治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床价值进行探讨。方法选取我院2008年8月至2010年8月收治的72例椎动脉型颈椎病患随机分为单纯推拿治疗组、单纯针刺治疗组和针刺推拿治疗组3组,每组患者24例。其中针推组采用针刺风池、百会、颈夹脊4~7穴及颈项推拿治疗;推拿组、针刺组分别采用单独疗法进行治疗;同时对3组患者的疗效情况进行观察对比。结果针推组患者的总有效率为95.8%,显著高于针刺组患者的83.3%和推拿组患者的87.5%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合推拿与针刺对椎动脉型颈椎病患者进行治疗,可以相互协调、优势互补,较为有效的促使了临床疗效的提升,值得进一步推广及应用。

Explore the Clinical Value of Acupuncture Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Massage Comprehensive Program

Objective To investigate the clinical value of comprehensive program of acupuncture and massage treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods Seleeted in our hospital from 2008 August to 2010 August were treated 72 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into simple massage therapy group, acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture and massage therapy group 3 groups, each group 24 cases patients. The acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture at Baihui, Fengchi, Cervical Jiaji acupoint and; 4-7 neck massage therapy; massage group, acupuncture group were used to separate treatment; at the same time, effects of 3 groups of patients were observed and compared, Results The acupuncture group the total effective rate was 95.8%, significantly higher than the acupuncture group and massage group with 83.3% patients in 87.5%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of massage and acupuncture, can be coordinated, complementary advantages, the more effective the clinical curative effect of ascension, it is worth further promotion and application.
