| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨严重创伤急救的时效性对创伤救治的指导意义.方法 回顾分析我院2006年1月～2010年12月进入严重创伤院内急救绿色通道的病例资料,记录院内救治的急诊科处理时间及检查时间、路途消耗时间及手术室准备时间等,计算出患者入院至手术室的时间和入院到确定性治疗时间,比较各年度的差异.结果 伤后平均入院时间为207分钟,...

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the guidance significance of time efficiency of first aid in the trauma treatment.Methods Patients admitted into our hospital from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010 were reviewed,who were taken emergency treatment by applying fast track.The time in different treatment periods was recorded and compared.Results The average admission time was 207 minutes.The emergency treatment time and the time from admission to reaching operation room was 22.08 minutes and 60.46 minutes respectively,which decreased y... |
