| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多虑平、罗拉联合治疗对焦虑、抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法 将72例患者随机分为实验组和对照磐，观察时间为8周，并进行疗效评定。结果 治疗1周内开始见效。总有效率为94．4％，其中痊愈55.6％，显著好转27．8％,好转11．1％。以对焦虑症状的疗效最为显著，其次为抑郁改善。结论 提示二者联用效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of patients with antianxiety and antidepressive symptom treated by Doxepin and LOAR.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,they were treated for 8 weeks,by using clinical scaling effect to evaluate their effectiveness.Results Clinical improvements are observed in the first week.All subjects respond to Doxepin and LORA with the cured rate of 55.6%,much improved 27.8%,improved 11.1%.Conclusion Doxepin combined with LORA be most effective in the treatment of anxiety and depression. |
