肱骨近端内固定锁定系统结合可注射型人工骨治疗高龄肱骨近端骨折

目的:探讨应用肱骨近端内固定锁定系统(PHILOS)结合可注射型人工骨治疗高龄肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2007年3月至2009年3月收治的高龄肱骨近端骨折17例,男7例,女10例;年龄66～81岁,平均71岁。受伤原因:摔伤9例,车祸伤7例,重物砸伤1例。右侧12例,左侧5例。按Neer分型:Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型8例。均采用PHILOS钢板结合可注射型人工骨治疗。采用Constant-Murley肩关节评分标准,对患者健侧患侧肩关节进行评分,并对疗效进行评价。结果:本组病例均获随访,时间8～25个月,平均16个月。全部病例获得骨性愈合,愈合时间2.5～3.5个月,平均3个月。未发生深部感染、骨不连、内固定失效等并发症。患侧评分75～95分,平均(86.50±10.50)分。优9例,良6例,可2例。结论:PHILOS钢板结合可注射型人工骨植骨治疗高龄肱骨近端骨折,适用于肱骨近端骨质疏松、粉碎性骨折的治疗。

Application of PHILOS plate with injectable artificial bone for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of PHILOS plate with injectable artificial bone for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients.
