| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颌骨侧位曲面断层片在埋伏牙定位中的应用价值。方法：利用ProMax数字化X光机对19例患者的23颗埋伏牙拍摄颌骨侧位曲面断层片，判定埋伏牙的位置，牙根形态，从而通过不同的手术入路进行正畸牵引或拔除。结果：颌骨侧位曲面断层片能够精确定位牙齿，并能估测牙根形态。结论：颌骨侧位曲面断层片是埋伏牙定位的一种重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of localizing impacted teeth with lateral sagittal axial panoramic tomographs.Methods:Twenty-three tooth of 19 patients were examined by using ProMax lateralal sagittal axial panoramic tomographs before the teeth were extracted or orthodonted to assessment location and shape of dental root.Results:Lateral sagittal axial panoramic tomographs could localize the impacted teeth and estimation the shape of root.Conclusion:Lateral sagittal axial panoramic tomography is valuable in localizing the impacted teeth. |
