同伴健康教育在学生预防结核病中的应用

目的了解同伴健康教育方式在学校中进行肺结核健康教育的应用效果，为今后学校开展有针对性的疾病防治健康教育工作提供参考。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，在嘉兴市5县2区各抽取1所小学，共960名小学生，按班级分成干预组和对照组，采用同伴健康教育干预，半年后进行问卷调查。结果干预后干预组结核病知晓率（95．4％）高于对照组（51．7％），但干预组与对照组在对待结核病的行为上差异无统计学意义。结论在学校内开展结核病健康教育，可有效地提高结核病的预防及相关知识水平，但对改变学生行为态度的效果不明显。

Application of Peer Health Education in the Prevention of Tuberculosis among Students

Objective] To understand the effect of peer health education in the prevention of tuberculosis among students and provide reference for the health education work on disease prevention and control in schools. Methods ] 960 primary school students were randomly collected from 7 primary schools in Jiaxing City and divided into the intervention group and the control; peer health education was applied in the intervention and questionnaire investigation was carried out after 6 months. Results ] The students＇ witting rate of TB knowledge in the intervention group （95.4%） was higher than that of the control （51.7%） ; no significant difference was found in the students＇behaviors towards TB between the two groups. Conclusion] Health education about tuberculosis in school can effectively improve the knowledge level about tuberculosis prevention among the students, but can not change the students＇ behaviors and attitude toward tuberculosis.
