| 摘 要： | 左旋门冬酰胺酶（L－ASP）在治疗儿急性淋巴细胞性白血病（ALL）和晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的联合化疗中起着重要的作用，本文对国内近年来报道的使用L－ASP致急胰腺炎的不良反应29例进行了分析，并对防治提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | L-asparaginase(L-ASP) is an enzyme which can inhib it the growth of malignant cells to synthesize asparagine.It is used mainly for the induction of remission in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukameia(ALL) and f or the combination chemotherapy in advanced non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).Howev er,acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis has been reported in association with its use. In this paper,29 case of hemorrhagic pancreatitis reported in our country were a nalyzed by the authors and the measures for its prevention and treatment were al so discussed. |
