尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇在绝经后妇女取环术中的作用比较

目的探讨尼尔雌醇与米索前列醇在绝经后妇女取环术中的价值。方法2003年1月至2006年12月本院门诊160例要求取环的绝经后妇女,据病员自愿选择两种方法分为两组,(1)甲组:术前1周给予尼尔雌醇片4mg顿服,连服1周,取环;(2)乙组:手术当天晨起口服米索前列醇片200μg,取环前2h阴道后穹隆放置米索前列醇片200μg,取环,对比分析2组取环难易。结果及结论服用尼尔雌醇比阴道放置米索前列醇能明显减轻取环的痛苦(P<0.01),缩短手术操作时间(P<0.05),减少不良反应及并发症的发生,提高取环成功率(P<0.05)。

Comparison of applicative value of nilestriol and misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine device of postmenopausal women

Objective To compare the applicative value of nilestriol and misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine device of postmenopausal women.Methods 161 post-menopause women in our hospital from Jan 2003 to Dec 2006 claiming removal of intrauterine device were divided into nilestriol group(nilestriol 4 mg taken at a draught a week after operation)and misoprostol group(misoprostol 200 μg taken orally in the morning on the day of operation;misoprostol 200 μg placed in posterior fornix 2 h before operation).Difficulty degree of removal of intrauterine device was compared and analyzed.Results Nilestriol taken orally significantly relieved the pain during removal of intrauterine device,shortened operation time,reduced adverse reaction and complication,and improved the achievement ratio of removal of intrauterine device(P<0.05).Conclusion Nilestriol is more effective and convenient than misoprostol in the removal of intrauterine device of postmenopausal women.
