金龙胶囊联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗结肠癌肝转移疗效分析

目的：观察金龙胶囊联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术（transcatheter arterial chemoembolization，TACE）治疗结肠癌肝转移的效果。方法选取2011年10月-2013年3月在解放军总医院及解放军总医院第一附属医院就诊的结肠癌肝转移患者46例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组单纯使用TACE治疗，治疗组在TACE基础上联合使用金龙胶囊，3个月后比较两组病灶大小、生活质量和免疫功能变化。结果治疗组与对照组有效率相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但治疗组进展率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组生活质量评分与免疫功能改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论金龙胶囊联合TACE治疗结肠癌肝转移有明显协同、增效作用，能够延缓病灶进展，提高患者生存质量与机体免疫。

Effect of combined Jinlong capsule and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma

Objective To study the effect of combined Jinlong capsule and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） on hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma. Methods Forty-six patients with hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital from October 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （23 in each group）. Three months after patients in control group received TACE and those in treatment group underwent combined Jinlong capsule and TACE, their tumor size, quality of life and immune function were compared. Results No significant difference was observed in the effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. However, the tumor progression rate was significantly lower whereas the life quality score and immune function were significantly higher in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined Jinlong capsule and TACE delays tumor progression, improves life quality and immune function of the patients by exerting a significant synergistic effect on the tumor.
