| 摘 要： | 目的:分析糖尿病合并肺结核患者的临床表现及疗效,探讨两病并存的规律及特点。方法:对本院1999年7月至2005年12月住院82例糖尿病并发肺结核患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:糖尿病合并肺结核患者病情较重,血糖控制良好者抗痨疗效较好。结论:糖尿病可促发和加重结核病。肺结核疗效与血糖控制水平直接相关。
