| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨镇痛泵在肛肠术后持续镇痛中的作用。方法：总结40例使用镇痛泵镇痛病例及护理记录，分析镇痛给药期间所出现的问题和副作用并给于相应的处理和预防措施。结果：术后采用镇痛泵持续镇痛能减轻疼痛及其带来的焦虑、恐惧、失眠，有助于病人康复。结论：肛肠术后使用镇痛泵，镇痛效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the effects of analgesia pump for continuous analgesia after anorectal operation.Methods: Forty analgesic cases treated with analgesia pump and their nursing records were summarized.Some problems and side effects which appeared during analgesia medication were analyzed and the corresponding treatment and preventive measures were given.Results: Adopting analgesia pump for postoperative continuous analgesia can relieve pains and the worries,fears,insomnia caused by the pains.And it can help patients to get well.Conclusion: Analgesic effects are good by using an analgesia pump after anorectal operation. |
