兔后肢骨折后血液流变性变化的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :测定兔胫骨骨折后血液流变学指标 ,了解其变化 ,指导临床预防血栓形成。方法 :取 2 0只新西兰大白兔制作骨折动物模型 ,于骨折前、骨折后第 3天、第 10天、第 30天采用北京普利生公司产LBY N6A自清洗旋转式粘度计测定下列血液流变学指标 :( 1)红细胞压积 (HCT) ;( 2 )血浆粘度 ;( 3)血液粘度 ,包括全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度和全血还原粘度 ;( 4)血沉 (ESR)和血沉K值 ;( 5)红细胞变形指数 ;( 6 )纤维蛋白原 (Fib)。测试温度为 37℃ ,抽血后 4h测试完毕 ,并作对比分析。结果 :兔后肢骨折后多个血液流变学指标存在明显变化 :( 1)血浆粘度和血液粘度增高。 ( 2 )Fib升高 ,ESR增快 ,血沉K值增大。 ( 3)HCT和变形指数下降。结论 :后肢骨折后血液流变学指标异常 ,利于血栓形成

Abstract:To observe the hemorrheological changes of the rabbit s with tibial fracture and guide to prevent from deep venous thrombosis.Method: 20 New Zaland rabbits were included to produce the model of fracture in this study.The blood rheological status including hematocrit(H ct),plasma viscosity,blood viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the K v alue of ESR,the ability of erythrocytic deformability and fibrinogen(FG) before fracture and on the third,tenth,thirtyth day after fracture were tested,the temp erature was 37 ℃ when the test was done,the task was over in 4 hours after draw ing blood.A contrastive analysis of their hemorheological parameters was condu cted.Results: It exhibited a substantial hemorheological change that fibrinogen,plasma viscosity,blood viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the K value of ESR were obvious ascent,hematocrit and the ability of erythrocyti c deformability were decreased.There existed very significant differences betwee n before and after fracture.Conclusion: It suggests there was an obvious abnormal hemorheol ogical status after fracture and the abnormity was favourable to deep venous thr ombosis.
