关节软骨缺损膜移植修复与自身修复的实验研究

目的：探讨关节软骨的自身修复能力和方式及骨膜移植对软骨缺损重建的作用，方法：新西兰兔45只，分为软骨全部切除组，部分软骨切除线，骨膜移植组，各组15只，手术后2，4，8周各组处死5只，采用大体观察，组织切片及电镜进行评估。结果：软骨全切组与部分全层软骨切除组均以类透明软骨修重缺损，骨膜移植组各期之表现均优于前两组，有显著性差异（P＜0＝05），现生软骨接近正常软骨结构，纤维蛋白粘合剂固定骨膜牢牢靠，结论：兔软骨缺损缺乏自身修复能力，外源性修复以类透明软骨为主，骨膜移植修复优于自身修复，再生软骨接近正常软骨结构，应用纤维蛋白粘合剂粘贴骨膜是一种有效，可行的方法。

Experimental Study of Self-resurfacing and Periostrum Transplantation in Hip Articular Caritilage Section of Rabbit

We compared the effect of total and partial full-thickness chondral section and periosteum transplantation on the results of resufacting on the articular cartilage of rabbit hip joint.Of 45 Rabbits,15 received total full-thickness section (Group A);15 received partial full-thickness section (Group B);and 15 received periosteum transplantation with Fibrin adhesive (Group C).Two,four,eight weeks after surgery,the results were assessed by the gross appearance,histology,and electron microscopy.The study showed that there were no difference between the total and partial full-thickness section Group(P>0.05),free intra-articular periosteal atografs had the potential of chondrogenesis.By all assessments the quality of neochodrogenesis produced by periosteal grafts was superior to that in Group A and B(P<0.05).Fibrin adhesive used for fixation of periosteum was a good,effective method.
