| 摘 要： | 本文报告３例胆总管残余结石患者，采用肾体外冲击波碎石机治疗获得成功。作者认为对于某些病情较为复杂的胆道残余结石如结石紧密嵌顿，瘘道细小，难以使用胆道镜取石的病例；或作过毕氏Ⅱ式胃大部切除手术不能使用内窥镜乳头切开取石的病例，体外冲击波碎石是一个有效的治疗方法。
