| 摘 要： | 对100例坐骨神经痛患者、40例腰腿痛患者和40例健康受试者作ART测定对照。结果显示,98%的坐骨神经痛患者患侧ART值延长,而健侧和其他80例对照组仅有1例ABT轻度延长。且该检查简单、方便,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | ART test in 100 patients with Sciatica,40 patients with lumber-leg pain and 40 healthy individuals were determined.It was showed that 98% patients with Sciatica had prolonged ART at sickly side,only 1 of 40 patients with lumber-leg pain had pro- longed ART,no one had prolonged ART in healthy individuals.The procedure of ART test was simple and accurate,so it is a new diagnostic technique for sciatica.The authes suggested that ART test should be used for differential diagnosis of Sciatica. |
