也谈“气至而有效”

本文提出针灸医籍当中＂气至＂的含义不仅仅是指针感,＂气至＂与＂针感＂不同,＂气至＂更是一种针刺有效的标志。临床判断气至的方法可以从不同的针刺感应、针感的传导方向及针刺后机体整体感觉来判断。《内经》中所讲的＂气至而有效＂有其客观依据。

In this paper the author analyze the＂arrivial of qi＂in classical meaning,and submit that＂the patient＇s and operator＇s feelings＂ is different from＂arrivial of qi＂. ＂arrivial of qi＂is a siginal of＂the clinical significance＂in acpuncture. While,＂the patient＇s and operator ＇s feelings＂can＇t indicate＂the clinical significance＂. In clinic,＂arrivial of qi＂is the key in achieving a positive therapeutic effect . you can from the response of acupuncture 、the direction of conduction and the whole feeling of the body to judge the＂arrivial of qi＂.
