Design Philosophy of Central Washing Room Used in Non-sterile Operation

It is considered that the processes of equipment and parts cleaning are great risk for external contamination and cross contamination existed in production. In most of process operations and packing process in open area, operators will contact with drugs or products. How to prevent the occurrence of contamination in cleaning process is necessary to take account in plant building design. In this article, the key points in the design of central washing room used in non-sterile operations were discussed.
