高血压患者有关该病知识、信念及其对治疗依从性的影响

对１４９例高血压患者一般情况、高血压知识得分、健康信念、服药依从性进行调查，发现病人的服药依从性主要受患者的健康信念和疾病知识的影响，认为治疗高血压是有益者服药依从性较高，认为治疗高血压是有害者、没有必要者服药依从性较低，高血压知识越多，服药依从性越差。说明在临床高血压的治疗过程中，医护人员在开展高血压的临床治疗过程中仅通过健康教育的手段增加病人的知识，来促进病人的服药依从行为是不够的，同时还要注意每个病人健康信念的特殊性，据此制定合理的健康教育方案，矫正其错误的健康信念，建立正确的健康信念，依此来促进病人遵守医嘱行为

Knowledge,Health Beliefs in Hypertensive Patients and its Influence on Durg Compliance

Patients' general situation,knowledge level about hypertension,health beliefs and drug compliance were investigated among 149 hypertensive patients.The results showed that patients' drug compliance was affected by health beliefs and knowledge.Patients who thought they should get benefit from treating hypertension were better compliant.Patients who thought treating hypertension was harmful and needless were worse compliant.The more knowledge the patients' had,the worse the patients' compliancy was.The study indicated that it was not enough to increase patients' knowledge and to improve their drug compliance by using only health education among hypertensive patients,and at the same time we should pay more attention to patients' health beliefs,According to this we could make a reasonable health education program to correct patients' inccorect health beliefs and build up good health beliefs,so that we could improve patients' drug compliance.
