肝素、纳洛酮及氨溴索联合应用治疗肺性脑病的临床研究

目的 研究肝素、纳洛酮及氨溴索联合应用治疗肺性脑病的疗效。方法 将90例肺性脑病病人随机分为三组。A组30例采用常规方法治疗；B组30例常规方法 肝素；C组30例常规方法 肝素 纳洛酮 氨溴索。三组疗程均为1周，并观察其疗效及血气分析变化。结果 A、B、C三组总有效率分别为60％、83．3％、96．7％，B组、C组与A组疗效比较差异有显著意义(P＜0．05，P＜0．01)。结论如用肝素、纳洛酮及氨溴索联合治疗肺性脑病疗效显著，可迅速改善临床症状，使用安全，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of pulmonary encephalopathy treated with combination of heparin,naloxoen and ambroxol HCL

Objective To study the efficacy of heparin,naloxoen and ambroxol combined with usual methods in the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods Ninety cases of pulmonary encephalopathy were randomly divided into 3 groups.Thirty cases in group A were treated with usual methods;Thirty cases in group B were treated with heparin in addition to the usual methods;Thirty cases in group C were treated with heparin,naloxoen and ambroxol added to usual method.Treatment period lasted for one week.Efficacy was evaluated and the changes of blood gas analysis were observed.Results Total effective rates were 60%,83.3% and 96.7% in group A,B,and C respectively.The differences between group A and B and between A and C were significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Adding heparin,naloxoen and ambroxol to the usual treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy has great efficacy.It can improve clinical signs promptly and is safe in use.
